Mentors & Speakers

This is your opportunity to help shape the future

Many of you have done interesting things in your life, enjoyed fulfilling careers, overcome adversity, or are veterans of the armed forces. What do all of you have in common?

You have a life story and/or career experience to share

We Malvernites are a community; do not let your life go by without sharing your experience with more recent graduates and with the current MCI students. They are only starting their lives and would welcome your insights and recollections. We have had the pleasure of meeting many MCI students and younger graduates. They take their academic and job careers very seriously and when they are made aware of the history and achievements of past Malvernites, they are most appreciative. Up to now though there has not been a regular program in-place to connect the generations. Your MRBS is beginning the work, in close cooperation with the MCI Staff, to establish a Mentorship and Speakers Network.

History and experience must be shared, lest it be forgotten. If you will not pass the torch, who will?

What does it take to be a Mentor or Speaker?

  • Mentors are long-term. As students graduate and progress in their academic and work careers, you are there.
